Samuel Nii Lante Lamptey


Samuel Nii Lartey Lamptey is a 32-year-old trained mentor, behavior change facilitator, reproductive health advocate, and filmmaker/Actor with the passion to offer his skills to improve young people’s lives. He has featured in and played the lead role in many play productions on the main stage at the National Theatre of Ghana such as Nkrumah in Love, Nkrumah Might Be Right, In a Man’s Libido and he recently featured in the New Normal theatre performance in the UK (2020) and Skimstone Arts Festival, UK. He continues to create platforms for young people to gain knowledge, share experiences, and innovate. He designs and organizes workshops and forums focusing on empowering young people, women and children in marginalized communities.

Samuel recently led a team to implement a one year art project funded by the European Union under the ACP-EU Culture Program in 2022/2023 and is the co-manager of the James Town Community Theatre Centre.
